About the Album
It began when DJ Willy Wow asked a small question: “What gives kids HOPE?”
The question then sparked a powerful conversation with kids and families that ultimately led to THIS project —- that consists of songs with inspiring lyrics, upbeat rhythms, empowering messages and imaginative story telling.
From talking about the importance behind being a forever dreamer through songs like “Make a Wish" and “Flight of the Butterflies" to celebrating the various “happy places" where kids can be free to be themselves like “A Song Fore Golf" and "Mr. Uno" to infusing cultural moments to give little ones exposure to what happiness looks like around the world through songs like “Bollywood Kids" and “I Love New York".
Ultimately, Hip Hope for Kids is a musical experience of learning and fun that reflects DJ Willy Wow’s signature explosive positive energy and is a expression of hope through songs that reflect peace, love and happiness.
